Special Meals - 2007

Hardy Mason - diabetic
Leslie Dragowitz- allergic to mushrooms &mint
Larry - no chicken or meat- allergic to fresh tomatoes
Roy Rodriguez - vegetarian includes all seafood
Abbey Falik - vegetarian
david & hedy solomon - Atkins??? ask

Lilian - No red meat, greens like kale or spinach, no sweets: (fruit for dessert)”
Roy - vegetarian but eats fish
Yuri -no meat when there is diary, or vise vers - no pork "around".
(If it is difficult toaccommodate, then for me would be sufficient if"cooks" inform me what ingredients they used, so would rather skip some dishes)
Luciana eats no red meat

Steve adams.- eggs(severe), milk (strong) corn (moderate).  As trace accessory ingredients I usually tolerate some of these but need to be aware and monitor intake.  (Forexample, I may drink a glass of Cola that contains corn syrup).  Strangely, I am
not allergic to real butter - the allergen component of milk is not in it (this
is not a lactose situation).  The effect of the allergens is asthma, with hay
feaver and headache symptoms.

Olga has high blood pressure - she is on a no salt /low sodium diet

Notes from 2007
We had too many eggs but I think that is because they weren't used by the breakfast team.
We had too many apples but that may be because the break team didn't have the insight to use them.
We ran out of onions.
We left tons of potatoes.
