Create A Master

Select the A-Master text in the pages pallette.
In the pages palette, select the small triangle in the upper left corner. Hold the mouse down and select Override All Master Page Items.



When the Master Options Window opens, in the Prefix type Sign.
In the Number of Pages type 1.
Press OK.

In the pages palette double click the main master to bring that page to view.

Save your Document.

Then
>File
>Save As
find your Signed News folder

save it as yournameSignedNews.indd
Next, Create layers.
