Open Dreamweaver. > Insert >Table Select 3 rows and 1 column Press OK Select the table and select column border, colors, and centering from the properties window. In row 1, type a title. In row 2, insert your photoshop creation. > Insert > Image and browse your documents and select your collage. In row 3, describe the collage. Look at this example.
