2) Select a blue background color that represents water. If the properties window is not open go to >Windows >Properties. Click on Background and select the color.

| It is a good idea to make a layer for each item - background color, rock,
coral, sea fan, etc. I changed the name of Layer1 by double clicking on
the name, Layer1 and retyping the name. 2) Select a blue background color that represents water. If the properties window is not open go to >Windows >Properties. Click on Background and select the color. |
