It's a great time to buy right now--interest rates dropped another .25 per cent yesterday, and I suspect they will drop again soon--that's a drop of .75 in just over a month--we've refinanced my fiance's place in Connecticut and saved $700 a month in mortgage payments! By the way, if you like hawks, I watch the redtailed hawks hunting over the park from my windows--you can see them teach their babies to fly in the spring. Pretty cool.
