Here is what the add read....
$249,000 Elegant Park View Freshly Renovated Art Deco Riverdale Apartment (with $10,000 credit towards any desired custom remodeling)
20% down ($47,800). With 3.5% 30year mortgage, works out at 858.57 mortgage plus $565.50 maintenance per month--$1424.07 per month. That's less than renting!! If I didn't already own the apartment, I'd buy it myself! But I'm moving to Connecticut and leaving my peaceful Riverdale paradise. This apartment is the best of the prewar Jr-4 designs in Riverdale. Even my broker agrees--we've both seen most of them!

The phone's disconnected now, so the buzzer doesn't work since it's attached to the phone.
I trust that you'll enjoy the apartment. It's a great time to buy right now--interest rates dropped another .25 per cent yesterday, and I suspect they will drop again soon--that's a drop of .75 in just over a month--we've refinanced my fiance's place in Connecticut and saved $700 a month in mortgage payments! This hasn't happened in the US since 1970! Email me if you have any more questions. By the way, if you like hawks, I watch the redtailed hawks hunting over the park from my windows--you can see them teach their babies to fly in the spring. Pretty cool. Sometimes they fly right up over the window and top of the building (the building's built into a cliff, so the 8th floor feels more like the 20th in terms of view.
Best wishes,
