Mango Fruit Salad With Honey Lime Sauce
2 tablespoons minced fresh ginger root
1 teaspoon finely grated zest and 2 tablespoons juice from large lime
1/4 cup honey
2 medium mangos, peeled, seeded, cubed
3 cups green grapes (about 1 1/4 pounds)
1 1/2 cups fresh blueberries (about 2 4-oz packages)
1/4 cup chopped fresh mint leaves
Whisk ginger, zest, juice, and honey in small bowl. Mix
fruit and mint in large bowl, add dressing and toss to coat.
